Our Story
With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Pablo Villalobos has successfully completed projects of all sizes — from small residential repairs and renovations to large-scale commercial improvements. In 2017, Pablo founded Lobo’s Residential & Commercial Services LLC alongside his son, Ivan Villalobos, with a vision of delivering quality craftsmanship and dependable service to every client.
Today, this father-and-son team works side by side, combining experience, integrity and attention to detail to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards. Whether it’s a minor repair, a remodel or a full commercial build-out, we approach every job with the same level of professionalism and commitment.
